worldsteel: global steel demand seen flat in 2026, growth expected in 2027

In its October 2026 Short Range Outlook, worldsteel said global steel demand is expected to remain essentially unchanged in 2026 at 1,722 Mt compared with 2025, before returning to growth in 2027.
